- Prosecco: We love to buy the little bottles of prosecco for these to make one or two at a time without wasting a big bottle of bubbles. Want an even lighter drink? Skip the Prosecco all together and just use the grapefruit sparkling water.
- Grapefruit Juice: Freshly squeezed juice is best for cocktails.
- Sparkling Water: Don't have grapefruit sparkling water on hand? Use club soda, lime sparkling water or plain Pellegrino in its place.
