Notes
Ingredient Notes:Salami: Thin slices of salami are easiest to fold and thread on the skewers.Sweet Cherry Peppers: These add a great pop of color and a little bit of spice.Olives: Kalamata olives from the olive bar are the prettiest for these skewers. Bottled olives have a softer texture.Marinated Artichoke Hearts: Marinated artichoke hearts have a great flavor and texture.Marinated Mozzarella Cheese: We love the prepackaged marinated mozzarella cheese balls you can buy. The oil and herbs do double duty as a dipping sauce.Pickled Green Beans: These add a great crunch with a little heat to the app. Feel free to swap in pickled mushrooms or asparagus in its place.Expert Tips✘ Marinate your ingredients.
