This bright hummus is the SMOOTHEST hummus you will ever eat. Don't fret about eh jalapeno, this can be as mild or as spicy as you want!

16-ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and peeled

cilantro

Italian parsley

garlic clove

jalapeño
seeded

salt

Juice of 1 ½ limes

olive oil
Instructions
Place the beans, cilantro, parsley, garlic, jalapeño, salt and lime in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well mixed and smooth.
Slowly add olive oil as the food processor is running to get to desired consistency.
Place in covered container and refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors develop. Serve with pita chips and vegetables.
Notes
If you want spicier hummus, leave the ribs of the peppers intact. For a milder version, cut jalapeno amount in half.
