Instructions
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add sugars and vanilla and beat until sugars are dissolved and fully incorporated. Stir in ¾ cup mini chocolate chips.
8 ounces cream cheese,, ¾ cup powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 ¾ cup mini chocolate chips,, 8 tablespoons butter
Shape into a ball on Saran wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Roll in remaining mini chocolate chips and serve.

✔️ Use room temperature cream cheese and butter to get smooth and creamy batter.✔️ Mix well after you add the sugars so they are fully incorporated in the cheesecake mixture, otherwise, your cheesecake ball will be grainy.✔️ Use mini chocolate chips for this recipe. They give the perfect ratio of cheesecake to chocolate and it looks oh so pretty.✔️ We love to use Nabisco Chocolate Cookies to scoop up the goodness, but graham crackers or ginger snaps are great alternatives if you can't find the cookies.
