Fondue – cheese or chocolate – is always a popular party food during the holidays. But trust me, this recipe for Boozy Slow Cooker Chocolate Fondue is so simple, you’ll be making it more often than just once a year.

The secret for silky smooth chocolate fondue? Make it in a slow cooker! Toss all the ingredients in a glass measuring cup and let your slow cooker do the heavy lifting. No more pot watching or worrying about scorched chocolate. Plus the chocolate fondue reheats beautifully which means you can make a large batch in advance for all of your dipping needs. Love, love, love!

Tip: Set up a boozy fondue bar at your next party! Any number of flavored liqueurs can be swapped in for the bourbon in the recipe. How about Grand Marnier for a citrus twist? Or try Kahlua for a coffee-flavored infusion. Love raspberries? Pour in the Chambord! Set up a few different stations and serve dippers that complement each flavor.

Need to find me on New Year’s Eve? I’ll be parked next to the big bowl of bourbon chocolate fondue.
