Mexican Stuffed Acorn Squash

Mexican Stuffed Acorn Squash Who is sick of winter?

I’m pretty sure I heard a virtual chorus of “Meeeeeeeeee!” coming through loud and clear. (Or maybe that was just me yelling very loudly??) Regardless, I second, and third, that sentiment. Thank goodness for the comforting foods of winter (and pictures of warm, sunny locations on Pinterest). Without those things, I’m not sure I’d make it to spring.

We’re guest posting for our friend, Julia, at A Cedar Spoon today. Julia recently had her second baby (two adorable boys now!) and we’re thrilled that we could help her out while she’s spending some serious cuddle time with those little ones. Check out our post for this late winter warmer, Mexican Stuffed Acorn Squash, on A Cedar Spoon
