Ingredients
Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup Panko
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
Sauce
  • ⅔ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Meatballs:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Meatballs are done when no longer pink inside.
Sauce:
  1. Stir together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over warm meatballs and gently stir until covered.
